an Aftersales Service Advisor

We are looking for a service advisor to join our Aftersales team. As a primary point of contact for Service and Parts customers, the role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the Service advisor is responsible for co-ordinating all aspects of after sales and service requirements.

Job Description

  • Handling enquiries concerning servicing and parts sales
  • Meet and greet customers and schedule workshop bookings
  • Interpret customer requirements regarding servicing and maintenance of their vehicles
  • Assist with the parts ordering system, to take calls and walk in requests from both Parts/Accessory customers

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of activities, methods, procedures and policies of the service and parts department
  • Excellent customer service skills, professional appearance & work ethic
  • Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
  • Be prepared to go the extra mile for the customer and the team
  • Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but not essential, as training would be offered to the right candidate
  • Full clean driving licence
